This was the first time that we visited Vietnam and were very fortunate to have booked our tours with Stephen who we found at WWW.HALONGBESTCRUISES.COM We arrived by a cruise ship in Halong Bay and were met by a driver and drove to Hanoi in a very comfortable van with an excellent English speaking guide. The next day we spent the morning cruising and visiting the beautiful sights and caves of Halong Bay. After Halong Bay Stephen arranged a two day tour of Ho Chi Minh City that included accommodations at a lovely three star hotel and a delicious dinner that evening. All of the vans that Stephen had arranged had ac and all of the guides spoke perfect English. When we return to Vietnam, we will definitely be using Stephen's company again.

We booked our tours at 4 sites in Vietnam in advance with Stephen. He was great - communicated via WhatsApp and was very responsive. The drivers and guides were all on time (early, in fact), friendly and ready with a great day planned. We changed the itinerary every day - adjusting it to our ship departure time and our energy levels - and nobody turned a hair. All our guides - Tony #1, Sau, Tony #2 and Loc - were great. They loved their country and various cities and were really responsive to our asks. We had a local Vietnamese lunch each day - delicious! Would highly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Great value for money.

Everything went very smoothly. Rincon del Socorro was fantastic. Great guides and solid, safe drivers. Also, great, attentive service from Rainforest Cruises, right up to the last minute.

Four of us rented a river boat out of Manaus, Brazil to travel on the Rio Negro for six days. Joel, at Rainforest Cruises, helped me with all the logistics of the trip. As the trip evolved and as I had questions, Joel answered them all. As the date approached, he found a service to take us to and from the airport. Our transition from USA to Brazil to the boat and back again was seamless. The boat, Acqua Amazon, was perfect and the crew of three -captain——Miguel; cook —Cozinheira; and deck hand—- Raimundo; were wonderful. The food was outstanding and the many adventures on the small boat gave us a connection to the biodiversity all around us. We swam with pink dolphins, we caught and ate piranha, we danced with a native tribe, we saw toucans and beautiful large blue butterflies, we met a woman who studies the medicinal qualities of the plants and trees. Oh, and the Rio Negro kept us free of mosquitos. What a trip. Thanks to all of you.

Joel at Rainforest Cruises did a great job of sorting out our Mekong River cruise from Siem Reap. He was always available to answer my many questions and made sure that, given this was the first downstream cruise post-Covid, everything went to plan. There was quite a bit of sorting out with visas since we arrived in Vietnam and then started the cruise in Cambodia and re-entered Vietnam on Day 5. Joel helped us get through this as well to ensure there were no hiccups. All in all, it was a completely unforgettable experience and made so smooth with Joel's assistance.

For several months before my trip to Peru, I worked with JP from Rainforest Cruises, I found this company after researching the internet. We originally intended to take the cruise to the Amazon, but ended up booking land arrangements only, which included Lima, Machu Picchu, Cusco, Puno, Colca Canyon, and Arequipa. All the land arrangements were amazing, JP did an excellent job arranging the hotels, transfers, drivers, tour guides, and local tours, including train tickets to Machu Picchu, and train tickets from Cusco to Puno. That train experience was spectacular, once in a life time event. My husband and I were impressed with the punctuality of all staffing arrangements, and the quality of the tour personnel that accompanied us throughout our 3 weeks in Peru, and the quality and locations of all hotels. To anyone considering not only the Amazon Cruise, but and extension of land tours to Peru, I highly recommend JP from Amazon Cruises. JP..... During the beginning of the pandemic I asked myself "what do I want to do before I potentially die?" After some research online, I decided that I wanted to see a pink river dolphin on the Amazon River. I mean, who wouldn't? I googled my desire online and made contact with Jimmy at Rainforest Cruises. I have been over the top THRILLED with his service, follow up and knowledge. He put together the VERY BEST vacation our family has ever had and thought of every little step along the way to make it AMAZING!! One of the many details that he handled for us was getting us transportation in Iquitos to our hotel. Since the hotel did not have any transportation and most of the locals used tuk tuks, we were very concerned about how we would get from the airport to the hotel at 11pm. Miraculously, when we got to the baggage claim, a gentleman asked us if we needed a ride. I said where we needed to go, and he said "wait right here!" He ran out of sight only to bring back a taxi driver with a sign with MY NAME ON IT!!! He had a car that was big enough to fit the three of us and our luggage that Jimmy had pre-arranged!!! I have never been more relieved and excited. (AND my 20 year old thought I was pretty cool having our name on a sign and a private driver!) *Bonus Points!*We did get to see the pink river dolphins as well as swim and kayak amongst them. We visited villages and brought school supplies to children and interacted with their classes. We also got to fish for piranhas, have an elegant luncheon on the Amazon brought out to us by the chef on our ship, held an anaconda, tarantula and various other critters. The Agua Negra was a luxurious beautiful ship for a once of a lifetime adventure which never would have been possible without Jimmy.

Ebony of Rainforest cruises was amazing, very professional gave sound advise and was very prompt with responding it was a pleasure dealing with her.
